You’ve spent years acquiring the skills for scientific discovery. Now you’re expected to lead others in that pursuit.

Leadership feels like a loosely defined and significant expectation from those around you.

No one teaches you the rules; you’re just expected to know, often learning by experience and observation, adapting your approach in response.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

Coaching provides a confidential space to share your questions and learn new tools for addressing them. This is not generic leadership training. My practice is grounded in understanding your unique research context. Through dialogue, we examine the situations that challenge you and, together, design strategies you can implement immediately.
